I guess you early birds (or night owls) already found out - but the issue has now also been resolved for those who purchased before and did not get their DLC or social list of DLC updated.



Please log in to the game and these should now be there - and you should be able to see them on your social promos page as well: http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php

Ok not working for me....I went to buy the 500 points, went through PayPal who sent me a confirmation email stating it went through but my points aren't refreshing. I can't even buy it because I don't have the points I already paid for....any help about this?

Actually, I don't believe it's been fixed.  Yes, it downloaded..again..and worked for about 15 mins..again.  Then Bodahn went back to not showing me his merchant window.  Removed Feast day from my comp..again..and now it won't dowload..again.

The prank pack was the only one showing up on my account, but in the game i can download both packs...bah

Thanks to Bioware for the quick fix, even on Good Friday (if not for some sleeplessness, I probably wouldn't have been playing) - a late night game start with the updated quest message was a pleasant surprise.

This all seems to be a lot of hot air with very little substance. Just as soon as I receive the Awakening, from GameSpot, that I prepaid for I am refusing delivery. The Awakening is a bust. Plus, I have been waiting nearly three weeks for the stupid disk, that I have already paid for. Like BioWare and EA they will probably not refund my $40.

First thing is to confirm it shows up on the list of DLC attached to your account here on social - social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php

If it is there then you're good, its just a matter of getting it to your machine.  If you're not seeing any DLC in the Downloadable Content option off the main menu, including others besides Feastday - this sounds like it may be an updater issue (assuming you're on PC).  Check the PC forums here on social - they contain the most successful (and plenty) of workarounds for the most common issues players have found.  I would recommend trying the manual start of the updater and see if that helps.

If you haven't already, please post on the Points.Bioware.Com forum in General.   Don't include personal info, but if you could also indicate which date this was on that may help narrow down the issue quicker.

Just bought the dlc...combo pack for PC...both the 'pranks' and 'gifts' are showing up in my 'entitlements', but ingame the 'gifts' pack is listed as 'unauthorized'? Hmmm...

I purchase the combo pack and I download both the pranks and gifts, but in my registered game promotions there is only pranks pack. Why?

If the Feastday combo pack only shows up at "your registered game promotions site" and not at the DLC menu in the game then try this, it worked for me:

1. In Windows, Press start
2. Run "services.msc"
3. Find and start "Dragon Age: Origins - Content Updater"
4. Restart game

when i look at dlc in this site everything for dragon age origins stand as --- so i dont get how im suposed to get my dlc down.

I'm having the same problem but I'm on the PS3. I was able to purchase it but then I couldn't download it and now it doesn't show up in available content or in the Playstation Store. Any word on this?
