Maybe you should learn to read. It is not like I chose to create a new account, I was forced to. All just so i could play settlers 7.
And if Ubisoft is to stupid to understand that people need access to certain parts to reach a way to communicate about the suspension, then they should include that information within the email they send after suspending your account. So I could clear it up. And considering I posted a ticket in there support to delete my old account from there services, would be a nother way for them to be stupid to not check that.
and If one, puts in a ticket for the message boards (forums) for help on this matter, they should give you contact information, instead of directing you to go to the forums, for help. WHICH I CANT because a ubisoft suspension means "Forums = System Error"
Get whY i say ubisoft is just as bad? Sometimes it is simply not the fault of the user. Sure, i created a third account to contact them, which they banned. Which is not a problem, but atleast fricking answer the question I submitted on the email adress I left behind. But the forum Managers (not moderators) dont even answer that, they just ban it.
So again, I did not wrong. I was simply forced to create a new account to play Settlers 7.
Most TOS also specifically state that they are not required to give you notice of any banning, or give you any explanation.
The reason I say you should read a TOS, is because you sign and agree to them once you make the account, so it's your fault for your own ignorance.
So, the first step you needed to take when the system didn't allow you to link Settlers 7 with your first account was to contact support and tell them your problems (if you had read and understood the TOS).
By immediately going to make an alternative account, you broke the TOS. The people overlooking that don't know why you did that, they just see that you were breaking the TOS.
Don't moan about terms that you fully signed and agreed to.
