Where is my FEASTDAY COMBO PACK? =(

I get pack here dragonage.bioware.com/addon/feastday/ but i have no this pack in my list of registered game promotion and Dragon Age says to me that i can only BUY pack not download. =(

We can see that the "Points Statement" reflects the purchase of the pack, but nothing further occurs. No amount of refreshes or logging out / logging in seems to help. No confirmation Emails (yet), no update to "Your Registered Game Promotions", and the "Available Content" menu still shows the new FeastDay DLC as unpurchased even though the current BioWare points balance is generally correct (assuming your purchase had actually succeeded, that is.)
It could be that this is just a delay in the system, and it'll all come through within a day or two. Otherwise, it's some kind of transaction issue that will probably need to be reported to EA Support.

In any case, I'd suggest contacting EA's billing and support guys, but given how many people have been ignored, I'd say it's quite possible you wasted your money. EA and BioWare care nothing for you; if you think it's beneath them to not deliver a product you paid for, think again - there are dozens upon dozens of threads in the official BioWare Points forum about undelivered content that have gone unanswered.

I also received a same-day response from EA Customer Support. Apparently they're aware that there are some issues with this content, and they instructed me to wait a few days while they get things sorted out.
Between this and the responses from Fernando in the aforementioned thread, I'm guessing this will be cleared up pretty soon.
