[Ferelden Templar]

Graphical bug with Cailan's Shield: it appears upside down when you equip it on 3rd person mode. By upside down: I mean it is on your back with the shield tip pointing up and the outside of the shield facing your back. It exposes the details behind the shield (the two straps behind it). If you go into combat you can unsheathe your sword but not the shield. It functions as if the shield is there, so no gameplay issues.

I feel it has something to do with using the Air of Insolence (or some other Awakening power) since it happened only after I did a respec.
