That is, why I dont think that quarians will ever be demasked, and think it's good that way.

You Solomen imagine them like this, others may or may not like it.
However Bioware would choose quarians to look like, there will always be people who imagined them completely different and won't like what they see, when they get revealed.
Personally I am not too fond of your picture, but thats just my personal taste.

Ok...I had to read that 3 times before realizing what 'balled' was. I was picturing testes-face quarians.

Mass Effect... you mean the game that has 'Asari' in it.
Plus if you look this quarian doesn't have ears.  She has feathery filaments in place of ears.  Also if you look the eyes are smaller and wider apart than a human's and the neck is much longer.  If you look at the bigger pic you'll see her skin tone and eye color aren't human either.  I added hair as an artistic touch because I didn't feel like making her "bald"
This character is less human looking than an asari.

I added the ridges because people kept saying "Too human!" and the males seem to have a longer head than the females so I put a few bumps on Nia's head.
She's still wearing her suit, just unmasked
