A bit of both, probably. I doubt he is completely objective. At this point his personality is as much a part of those programs as cooking. Mind you my perception is skewed as the only exposure I've had to his shows is through watching clips on the Soup.

He's an English chef who's become famous for his excessive swearing and short temper. He's probably one of the most famous and highly reputed chefs in the country and I believe his restaurants are supposed to be some of the best. Wiki Page
He's got nothing on Heston Blumenthal, mind you.

I found the TV series you're referring to very interesting. He's a genius, not insane. And I don't see how he's dangerous.

hes not really a big jerk, only so far as his expectations for cooking go, if youll notice if theyre not in a kitchen hes really nice.
