I install this update and the game will don t work!
I can the launcher opening and next i cant no start "play" and "configuaration"

have you run windows update recently? www.update.microsoft.com/microsoftupdate get Microsoft update and select "custom" then have it install all the optional updates as well as the critical ones. That often fixes unknown errors of a variety of kinds

I had the same problem... the x86 vers didn't help ...i reinstalled the game, eh >_<

I also have this problem, the game simply stopped being able to be played after the patch and my system is fully updated. Re-installing now and hopefully the redeem code I used was not wasted.

This problem has been reported previously. It's seems the patch was built using a newer version of MS VC++ 2005 libraries. Install the latest version from:

http://www.microsoft...&displaylang=en

Even if you are on x64, you will also need to get the 32 bit version too. That may seem odd, but the game was built as a 32 bit app.

This fixed the same problem for me.

Official support folks, you really should post this as a fix or get out an updated patch.  Or, let us take care of this one and you guys can tackle the bigger issues - like the Long, LOng, LONg, LONG loading times.  I'm up to 10-15 min when I zone unless I exit and restart the game.
