Why aren't my characters uploading to the site here?

I don't have an internet connection at home, but on an almost weekly basis for the past few months I've been bringing my Xbox 360 over to my friends or parents place to connect to the internet with my 360 to download DA or ME downloadable content and upload my game progress to the boards here.
The downloads work fine, and some of my character progress is uploaded (the achievements are anyway), but my character progress just won't seem to upload, nor will the pictures of my characters upload (I always have a red X where the character portrait should be, both where the avatar option is and in my character armor/weapons/etc updates. Also, my Aidan character (who is the ONLY on to show up) still reads as a Level 19, even though he's a Level 23 now, yet his current armor (Blood Dragon Plate) shows up in the inventory screen here on the site. Weird.
Do I need to play the game as each character (I have seven characters total - 2 Human Noble Warriors and 1 each of every other Origin) while connected to the EA servers to get the data to upload, or should it do it automatically? Is it something stupidly simple like needing to clear cookies (which I know its not since I've done this several times on several different computers with no luck)?
And I've waited for weeks for my profile to update, so I know its not a matter of not waiting long enough for the boards' servers to update the info.
Any suggestions?

It's slow and yeah, Bioware knows. :|
This isn't just the site being slow, though. This is something thats been a problem (for me, anyway) for months. I could understand if it took a few hours or even days for the data to reflect recent uploads here on the site...but this has been a problem for months. Obviously it goes beyond just being slow since other peoples' characters are working, right?

I've deleted a few characters and added some. I just checked on my profile, my deleted characters remain and my added characters are no where to be found. It is slow. And it's kind of annoying. <_<

I know this from experience by the way. My avatar pic is a clone of a character I created when I couldn't connect to the servers. He will never ever upload. But my clone does just fine because I created him when I was connected. Sucks...

I have also mentioned in other forums and should mention here that character portraits and base files, the things needed to start a character updating periodically on this site, ONLY update upon character creation. So if you weren't connected to the internet (and the EA/Bioware server) at THE MOMENT you created your character, it will NEVER upload here.

Ok, this makes perfect sense...except for one thing...the character that IS showing up wasn't created while I was connected to the servers, so maybe that was just a fluke?
