So, i got my Bioware account, and my PS3 account are the same, but it wont upload my data from saved game to my bioware acc, and it wont load my bioware data (dragon blood armour) to my Dragon Age acc. wats going on?
How do i upload a Dragon Age Origins account info from my PS3 to my online Bioware acc?

You must play logged into the PSN and it can take a few hours to update the website, even days for some people.
Also add DA:O to your games owned on this website under your profile picture. Click on profile and then register games.
