Please forgive if this has been discussed before, I looked here and in the wiki and did not see anything...

A number of mods have created storage chests and armor racks that give the PC the ability to store their items. I would like to do the same with a bookshelf and a wine rack on one of my levels (this will later be tied to a quest, but first things first). Are the settings that would allow that in Variables under the item? 

If anyone has a tutorial on how to create such items, I would be very appreciative.  Thanks in advance.

Here's a working example of how to make a camp chest.

The bookshelf and wine rack variations are a breeze - you can change the Appearance of the chest to anything that includes (Container) in the description.

Change the appearance... you know, it would have taken me a very, very long time to stumble upon such an elegant solution.
