I agree, though. I just got the e-mail today and was ultra excited. Then I checked BioWare's Twitter and found out I missed a bajillion challenges before I could possibly be aware of the contest :/

How do you send out an annoucement about something like this, 5 days after it starts? Not only that, they won't get back to challenges until monday......a day before it ends.
What good is this gonna do me?
Look on the bright side
You can at least do it. It's fun getting the spam for this thing when I live in a state that's not eligible to enter

Why do people complain about this.. ok, I'd be pissed of too, but not at BioWare.. at your state. First of all, I don't know of any sites that can e-mail people according to state. Second, you know sites like Newegg.com also bar the same states from all contests because of your whacked up laws. Newegg.com, as anyone who shops there knows, has the most flawless, amazing customer service record of any present retailer. So if not even THEY can put the contests in your states, how does BioWare stand a chance of hacking trhough your state's laws?Trekna wrote...

I understand the frustration, but you should really direct your anger at the people who deserve it. So pick up a pen and paper and mail your representatives about your outrageous contest and sweepstakes laws. Or move to Ohio.

You shouldn't read into things that don't exist.Appolo90 wrote...

I've already made clear that I'm not mad at BioWare for not being eligible to enter, I know why they don't and I don't blame them for wanting to put out another 63K USD just to be able to run this in my state.
It's still annoying to get spam, which is what it is.
