Bioware do you care about your fan base?

Many of your loyal fans are very up set and instead of doing anything about it you are just ignoring them.
If you are going to take their points and DQ them, then do it.
If you are going to do nothing, then tell them that.
If you are still deciding what to do then just say "we are having internal discussions about the issue".

Are you trying to drive away your fans? Things like this are the actions of a company that doesn't care about it's customers. I realize that even if all the people who are upset by this swear off of your games your sales will barely notice, but many of the members here have a lot of respect for the company that you are. They love the way to spin a narrative, they love the gameplay, they love you as a developer.  You are breaking that trust, and ruining the great image that you have.

I love your games and always have. I will continue to buy your games because they are fun. But if this keeps up I will not look favorably upon you as a developer, I will not talk to my friends about how awesome Bioware Corp is, I will not care about the name "bioware".

If you are the company that many of your users think you are then this breach of trust means something to you.
If you are just in this for the money then so be it. There will just be one less good thing in this world.

Seriously though, this thread is pretty pointless, its going to get shutdown, and we're going to be told to use the existing one. They'll answer our questions if and when the decide to, no amount of posting threads complaining about them not is going to change that.

Yes complaining about having a large issue completely ignored is crazy. Half of this board is upset by the ignoring (not the possible token crap) and they are just ignoring it. There is a 16 page thread about it that they are just blowing off. That is not responsible.

About it being closed: This is not about the token BS. I don't care about that. I care about them ignoring a big problem. I also don't care if they close it, I am very disappointed and needed to get this out.

Be that as it may, its this thread isn't going to change anything, its just going to get locked down with a note to use the existing thread, or have you totally not been paying attention for the last four days?

The same thing everyone else that's been ranting and raving on these forums is mad about, the total lack of support for their customers or products. Still waiting on that patch Bioware. One major bug fixed would be nice this decade.

... Bioware isn't talking to anyone. I think hes talking about the Bazaar thing, even though there has been an official apology he still isn't satisfied.

I wouldn't say this thread isn't going to do anything, it could make someone at BioWare realize that something is wrong and needs fixing. I AM NOT saying that everyone should spam the boards with several topics. I can see where the OP is coming from, he/she saw that the 16 page thread wasn't getting a response and decided to make sure his opinion is know to the people who run the website.
