I am usually the side of renegade. but my 10th game seems to follow a good way of paragon. anyway, right now, my paragon looks like almost 80% ( I guess). I have attempted to hook up with Miranda. process is not going anymore. she just ask me 'are you still interested in me, when things will be quiet, they we will make it happen.? what the hell... I tried three times for conversation. but it didn't change at all. I never achieved romance with Miranda. so I am kind of curious. I think that she is very picky like Jacob (when I tried female Shepard). I don't care but she makes me crazy. thing will be happened before going to suicidal mission just like the romance with Garrus (by female Shepard)? galaxy is so dried. I need some refreshment.

Sounds lik you pretty much hit the final point of the romance until you go into the omega 4 relay.
Yeah, her romance is fast but so are all the romances but the problem is that Miranda is pretty much the first female you can get and her loyalty mission is the first one amongst the female LI's that you can finish first (right after horizon). So the progress to romance seems fast and can see shallow cause you can get into the romance with her easily.
If you want to make it seem a bit longer, finish all the recruitment missions first before you even think about doing her loyalty mission. That way it won't be 'too long' before you can go in the omega 4 relay.

If she's saying she'll be by when it's quiet, then you've had the last romance conversation.
Once you start up the final mission, she will "accidentally" bump into you on deck 2. What happens afterwards is slightly NSFW for children, but awesome.

After this point you just have to proceed with the game and wait until you can get it ON.

I finished all missions and loyalty (including firewalker, 100% planet search). I just wait to start final mission. so it is like what Garrus does before final mission, huh? I can't wait to see it happened today.

If you have done all recruitment, loyalty, and side missions, then you have nothing else to do except maybe upgrade all of your items. Do the IFF mission and Legion's loyalty if you haven't already, and then go through the Omega 4 Relay. Miranda will come to you in a hot cut scene.
