Vartag: "Lady Dace doesn't leave the quarter much. But Lord Helmi's adventurous, likes to spend his time at Tapsters... in the Commons." (VO: explaining, sounds a little disdainful talking about the commons)
(IF: Told Dulin_Quest) Vartag: "And just to be clear, all deals are off if you fight that Proving for Harrowmont." (VO: a warning) *END DIALOGUE*
Vartag: "Remember, don't tell them you got these papers from me. You learned of them and drew your own conclusions." (VO: sly, he is doing something sort of illegal but he is trying to make it seem like he's doing something perfectly all right.) *END DIALOGUE*
2. I'll have to think about this.
(IF: Told Dulin_Quest) Vartag: "If you change your mind, this offer still stands... so long as you do not champion Harrowmont in the Proving." (VO: cautioning) *END DIALOGUE*
Vartag: "Don't expect this offer to last. If my prince hears you swore allegiance to his enemy, he won't be so friendly next time." (VO: a warning)
