Well since I've fallen in love with my Aeducan, I think I will consider him my second canon. Aka, if I was a dwarf, this is exactly how I would do things. Good enough?

My problem with mages is my elven mage honestly couldn't be bothered to get even remotely involved with Jowan's little problem (he was begging for her to risk everything for him how long after she became a full mage?) and my human mage is so shallow and self-absorbed that most of the party hates her and wants to kill her with fire...

Ah . . . with my mage playthrough I'm playing as a Blood mage who decides to help Jowan because it's a chance for him to escape the circle as well.

Since mother's day weekend is coming up, I'm actually thinking of splurging a bit and commissioning some dwarven artwork to treat myself. There's just something so gratifying about seeing someone else's interpretation of your own character. There's a specific artist I have in mind. Need to contact and see if I can be fit in the schedule.

YES. Do it flashback style like Warden's Keep!

AND I want armor that LOOKS dwarvish, not human armor that is recycled. That armor you get in Kal Hirol was a joke -- it was a recolor of human made armor. It was clipping into my dwarf's chin, ffs!

I could die happy. I would even be willing to play as a guy with a beard and everything! Seriously, that would be so epic...you have to try to get the Assembly to do something but they're too busy bickering about Thaigs and so you have to individually appeal to and prove yourself to the heads of the smith, mining, warrior castes culminating in the attack on Orzammar itself... If it were possible for me to love House Aeducan anymore, doing this might make it happen.
