I could die happy. I would even be willing to play as a guy with a beard and everything! Seriously, that would be so epic...you have to try to get the Assembly to do something but they're too busy bickering about Thaigs and so you have to individually appeal to and prove yourself to the heads of the smith, mining, warrior castes culminating in the attack on Orzammar itself... If it were possible for me to love House Aeducan anymore, doing this might make it happen.

Paragon Aeducan is a very interesting character, always melancholic, matched only with his obsessiveness to protect Orzammar and ensure its security. And in some ways, he was a despot, who completely bypassed the Assembly and unilaterally did what he thought was best (Bhelen got his genes).
 
He is too much awesome potential to waste. I really hope Bioware starts thinking about these kins of DLCs and not the crap they are making.

Okay, finally finished chapter four and they're just about to go to Ostagar! I can get to the point, really!

Kind of a weird question: this is a ways off but would it be strange if my DN got into an argument with the Urn-Image-Trian? I can just imagine she'd be pleased to see him for all of two seconds before they start bickering...

I liked it! I was a bit worried you were going to be Toolset dialogue heavy and we wouldn't see Aunn, but this chapter she shined through.

not a bad, costin! I like your Natia. I'd keep the codexey stuff out of it, tbh, though.

Oh there is a reason for the codex stuff, namely why I choose to add that military thing.

First off, the Wardens are going to be generals ( not all of them of course but some ), in command of an ARMY of TENS of Thousands. This will revolve around war as much as it will revolve around the wardens themselves.

I always hate it how many fan fictions are centered around the warden and her/his lover, instead of the grander picture. Of course writing the smaller picture is important in any FF, but if you can't write the bigger picture then your FF is sorta weak.

But don't expect this to follow the cannon story. There will be major changes along the way, and once the Blight ends...well then, things will just change.

P.S. Don't expect any of my wardens to follow ANYONE's orders without good reason. They will make the decision for everything, not Teagan/Eamon for Jowan's fate. Not Riordan for their plan, and certainly not that blind moron Cailan.

Hey, at least she didn't need buffed up SUPERPOWERS to kick SERIOUS ass. She only did that with the sword, chakram and whip she used in her hands and her wits and will. She was a cruel warlord hellbent on conquering the world until she decided to help it, and brought the end of Olympian Gods.

Unless you plan on conscripting him (in which case you're well within your rights), doesn't the fact he's a prisoner of Redcliffe Castle mean it's really NOT up to you? You're not the injured party, you didn't capture him, you didn't even know about him before arriving.
