Some of the hair mods are really nice. I would like a buzz-cut somewhat thicker than the one available in the vanilla. version.
the anime style ones look REDONKULOUS on the lady dwarves though. So silly.

That's such an epic moment. I do have to wonder, though, how she get blood on her face with the helmet on.
Not as epic as the Gladiator reveal scene, but yea it was epic.

I like the mother. You only meet her in the DN origin but she does fill you in on Dace's scheme. Yeah, she mostly did that becaues House Helmi would get hit, too, but what do you expect? Lord Helmi is very progressive and open-minded, if a little bitter. Adal Helmi is kick-ass proving fighter who views the DNF as her inspiration and is one of the few nobles who both seems to know who you are and aren't horrible to you because of it (House Harrowmont is nice, too, but given everyone expects you to support them and Harrowmont is publicly your number one defender, that's just sensible). And Nerav is also really friendly and seems fairly glad you're not dead as well as telling you all about the situation in the city - with some bias, naturally. Honestly, House Helmi has got to be the second-best noble House in all of Orzammar. Especially when you compare it to House Dace which just fails on pretty much all levels.soignee wrote...
as an aside I'm researching house helmi for lawl fanfic and they're a pretty awesome family, I must say. If you ignore the Mother, anyway.

Well if you find it, post it. I can't remember what he says to the DC but I'm sure it won't be bad given his disdain for the caste system. That pro-Bhelen merchant who gives you a discount (a small one, naturally) if Bhelen wins was surprisingly civil. He notes that you're a casteless and then says something about how it's a good thing you'll be showing people that casteless aren't worthless as this fits into Bhelen's plans...how does he Bhelen intends to make use of the casteless when no one else does?!?!soignee wrote...

I have screenshots of this moment, but it lacks the intensity and the perfect framing of this one. She's intense, blood's splattered everywhere, and her hair is all wild (lends nicely to the image of having just removed her helmet). THIS IS A KEEPER.
That is probably my favorite moment in all of Dragon Age -- where Duncan reels back in surprise and leans forward thoughtfully as he strokes his beard. NO BETTER DUNCAN MOMENT EXISTS. IMPOSSSSSIBLEEEEE.
