That's a good idea and probably what my dwarven lass would do, but for Zevran.  Somehow I think he would rather be on the surface, however.

oh you better believe she's flushed out the palace as soon as Bhelen is dead.

I'd like to think that when Harrowmont's King and my DN realizes she has a nephew out there then she brings them back to the Palace. After all, between the taint and the fact that being out of the game for a few weeks (and out of the fighting for nine months) due to pregnancy is a bad idea, she'll need an heir. And wouldn't that ****** off her dead younger brother?

@Sarah -- Always wondered about that. Does she even get pregnant outside of the DC origin? I assume she goes back to being a noble-hunter and caring for her mom. We know the DC is dead when Leske is freed from Jarvia's hideout. Maybe Leske returns to try to take care of her?

My first DN immediately jumped Zevran upon finding out Gorim was married and was quite surprised when she fell in love. Tragically, she always put Orzammar first and he really couldn't go live there so it ended shortly after the coronation.

Yeah, when you choose Bhelen and go back to Dust Town there are two thugs debating whether having Bhelen as a King will actually affect them and one brings up Rica as Bhelen's concubine and the two girls in the diamond quarter gossip about how Bhelen will still need a Queen as the mother of his son is casteless.

BTW, this is kind of stupid, but I've always been happy that the default dead DC in Jarvia's jail was male. If it was a female body, I'd probably be more like, "NOO! MY BROSCA! *weeps*" Since it's just a bald, male dwarf (with no eyeballs apparently), it's more like "eh."

There's also a "It's Good to Be King" group here (along with a few other dwarf themed groups), but nobody ever seems to post in any of them, not even those who start the groups. Little surprised that this thread evolved the way it has, but guess it was the perfect storm!

Is it confirmed that the DC becomes part of the warrior caste? I checked the epilogue on the wiki....

You become a paragon, who cares about silly castes, all of them revere you as a legend.

Rica is the one that tells you you're warrior caste.

Yeah, you're a warrior for less than a year then you're a Paragon, which makes you a noble.

They can dream (remember Oghren's talk about how dreams usually were) but they don't enter the fade.

They can be pulled in however.

Ya its really sad.... but that fade part of the game really turns me off... I HATE it. I mean.. I really hate it. Didn't mind the Ashes quest.... didn't even mind the dalish quest... but by the Maker I hate fade.....



I have the 360 one so no cheats.... but which order to get all the forms and go through it as fast as possible?

I was really annoyed that Oghren could complain that dwarves didn't belong in the fade but a dwarf Warden couldn't agree with him.

This is probably the last of my Gorim digging because I'm not sure there's anything left at this point. (Well, not unless anyone wants the dialogue that Gorim and Rica have with the king/queen if your dwarf does the ultimate sacrifice.)

When you see Gorim again in Denerim and you find out that he's married with a kid, if your PC takes it badly ("You jerk! I hope you and your ugly wife rot together!"), then it sets the Ugly_Breakup flag. So every time you click on him to sell your stuff, his opening dialogue should be, "My lady. I hope you can forgive me. I was never right for you." (VO: Apologetic and a little regretful.) Otherwise it's the standard "You do your father proud, my lady" greeting.

If you crown Harrowmont and then see Gorim for the first time in Denerim afterwards, you will have the option of telling him, "I am here and Harrowmont rules in Orzammar. We are avenged." Gorim's response is: "I heard that Lord Harrowmont took the throne with the assistance of a Grey Warden. I hoped it was you. When the Blight is defeated, perhaps Harrowmont will step down to see you in your rightful place."

There are barely any VO comments for Gorim in Denerim except for a couple of lines:

1. Gorim: "You are a princess. I'm not even a warrior anymore." (VO: I'm not good enough for you.)

2. PC: "Gorim Saelac, a merchant. It's hard to believe it."
Gorim: "And harder to believe that it has made me happier than all the glory and honor in Orzammar."
Gorim: "It is wonderful to see you again, my lady." (VO: Relieved you don't hate him eternally.)

Aaaaaaand that's it. 

Edit: Wait, no, I'm wrong. I forgot about the Alistair line.

3. PC: "I am in love... with the future king of Ferelden."
Gorim: "(Laughs) I can't say I'm surprised." (VO: Matter-of-fact. He is talking to royalty, after all.)
