It's funny..I think most of the Paragon choices in the game are for idiots...and yet I mostly end up with more Paragon then Renegade, simply because I let the guy in Jack's quest live, keep Legion for myself, do not destroy the heretic base, side with Samara, Paragon perusade Tali and Legion and send an escort with my crew...

In ME1, I was slighty more renegade than paragon. In Me2, I am slightly more paragon than renegade. I believe in moderation. A max renegade is just vulgar and sometimes idiotic. A max paragon is a fool.

But I prefer if the meter didn't exist at all, like in DA.

'Tis why I cheated in ME1 to get both max Paragon and Renegade, then imported my characters like that. ^^, Saves you a lot of trouble in ME2.



Just downright annoying. Seriously in KOTOR the system was just as stupid. To be a Sith you just had to be a complete and utter masochist.

What Knight meant is that a person who picks every Renegade option. Like giving Legion to Cerberus, is an idiot or vulgar.

How are most of the Paragon choices idiotic? Keep in mind that the end choice is just one. I did like how Elnora ended up being the murderer in the recruit-Samara-quest and she acts the part of the typical innocent victim...first game I actuallly let her go but this time I wasn't about to make the same mistake. Most Paragon choices seem to be just accomplishing the same tasks in a nicer manner (so less theatening but they still help) and saving peoples' lives.

So I just looked at my karma meter and apparently I have max Paragon and a maybe 40% Renegade. Because, you know, there are some people that you just can't let live.

Sarah. It wasn't in reference to some Paragon choices being idiot, it was to a pure Paragon being a fool, as Knight put it.

A pure Paragon refuses to take some of the more renegade choices, even when they make bloody sense to take ( like Elnora, or the tech in Archangel's Mission, or shooting the two Krogan in Garus's mission, etc. etc. )

Yeah I agree...putting a Geth, which is a highly capable AI, in the same room where you can control EDI is just foolish..

I think Elnora wasn't supposed to be someone you could tell was lying but more to balance things out. Surely the people who claim that they are innocent victims aren't all like that. Still, multipe people warn you that to become a member you have to kill someone. I thought it was a bit strange they kept making a big deal on them all being murderers when pretty much everyone in the alliance ends up killing people sooner or later but if that was so you might not trust her...

glenboy24 in both the Wynne appreciation thread and the Abominable Wynne thread. Apparently only Villain Wardens can hate Wynne.

It's kind of hard to tell what a proper dwarven name is unless you use a default or borrow a dwarf name from elsewhere. I just used a dwarf name generator and after a few clicks I was happy with my results.

I suppose Missa is only vaguuuuelllly dwarfish. I always thought it was a a nickname for a longer, harder to say name and now I can't be bothered to write that in. Maybe Kalah was drunk at the time at the naming day, or something.

Knight: Check the Wynne Abominable thread. People like that are the reason I don't register ME2.
