[quote] I've done both -- one of them pissed me off more than it should have, but it was funny too.

Which one yields better rewards anyway?

'Tis funny...but I am ending up with a lot of Negative Karma...mostly because I steal stuff ( not easy playing on Very Hard ! )

Oh well...might as well blow up Megaton.

Honestly, I didn't think she was cute when I saw her and looking at her picture now...well, I still don't. And her voice annoys me.

I've seen pictures of her and I don't actually see the resemblance. She's much cuter than Felsi is anyway.

He wants you to blow up a city with a nuclear bomb to see the blast.

He is an 80 year old guy who runs a hotel for the Rich right in a Post-Apocalyptic settings. He enjoys sniping ghouls and wanderers from the top of his hotel, as well as smoking, drinking as well as blowing up nukes in a town filled with "innocent" people,

I use that term loosely since those people are idiotic enough to leave a WORKING nuke right in the middle of their town.

Seriously, I am recruiting Jericho and then blowing up Megaton back to the stone age, then I am going to kill Moira.

You know...Fallout 3 morality annoys the **** out of me. So you lose Karma if you decide to kill a racist ghoul, that wants to murder everyone in the tower....but you get good points if you try and resolve the situation, despite the fact the ghoul is going to kill everyone anyway.

Wow, that is awesome.

The mushroom shaped explosion is a sight to behold and be at awe at.

Blowing up megaton is awesome, especially if you talk to James afterwards. Not everyone dies, however.  Playing on very hard is best.

As far as siding with the ghouls vs Tenpenny?  Hahahaha.  If you blow up Megaton, it makes no difference.  If you side with the ghouls, IIRC, you have access to a room there via a back window.  But I swear, one of those choices had me RAGING (do you want me to spoiler it for you?  I ended up learning about something from three dog and it was just a OMFG moment)!  BTW, there's a mod if you're on the PC that can add up to 100 songs to Three Dog's station.  I like it -- I am using the default songs because I like the WW2 era music (makes the whole thing creepier) but you can also add your own music.

FO3, I often felt like a tool.  It was awesome.  I'm playing it again right now, actually.  I haven't been to Tenpenny yet this time.

They probably didn't include a dwarf romance because no one expected dwarves to be as awesome as they are and thus gain enough popularity among the playerbase that there was a demand for it. After all, decades of cookie-cutter fantasy fiction have hammered into us that dwarves are supporting characters, who exist for two purposes: reaching your fantasy race quota during the world-building phase and supporting the main protagonist by selling him weapons, making him gizmos, or watching his back when he charges headlong into a horde of goblins/orcs/gnolls/orks/darkspawn. It goes all the way back to Papa Tolkien, who stuck a dwarf into LotR (apparently just to remind us that dwarves were important to the prequel even though they have no real relevance in this story) and then made him the most useless member of the Fellowship (seriously, is there a point to Gimli other than giving Legolas slashfic writers something to turn into horribly written, hilariously misinformed erotica?).

Ehhh ... we don't know that. They did include a mini-dwarf romance with Gorim and they allowed dwarf PCs to romance the four love interests in the game. In additionto that, they didn't shy away from gay/bisexual romances either. It could just be that they didn't have enough resources to devote to romancing a dwarf. David Gaider made that post months before the game hit the shelves. David Gaider even talked about wanting half-dwarf models for the rare dwarf/human pairings so I don't really get the impresion that they have this pessimistic attitude about dwarves that some of the fanbase seems to have.

I'm glad that this game is changing attitudes about dwarves for those who are playing them the first time. Doesn't bother me if people can't handle the idea of dwarf+anyone else. Well, not unless they protest outside of Bioware's office, holding up picket signs. Because at that point, if it affects my game, I will be there with my Legcrusher. ;)

Speaking about nuclear bombs, I think the dwarves should create a massive 50 megaton Lyrium bomb that will leave Lyrium radiation that would severly harm and kill non-dwarves, and with the possibility of creating spirits and hallucinations as well. Dworkin the Mad is only the beginning.

It's kind of ridiculous, though, tha tyou can get three human LI and one elf. I guess those that don't way to play a female or non-heterosexual character are out of luck on the elf front for this game. I wonder if they'd go with a female or male dwarf LI. If they're not going to do both (which I doubt they would) they'd need to at least make the character bi.

Having someone with the epithet "the mad" as your forerunner is generally not a god sign.
