Do you get to say anything to Gorim or Rica if you are in a romance with anyone, since I got the dialouge fix I am wondering if you can say anything about that.

Anyone have his dialouge though, I accidently deleted the toolset while clearing out some files.

It's like if Leliana was like 'hey, I'm heading to Orlais while you go play Arl. Come find me there when you're done' and then when you do she's up and gotten herself married and only if you confess that you're in love with someone else as well or never romanced her does she tell you how much she loves her new husband. Even if she breaks the news gentler to you if you didn't cheat on her as well then you've still got to (using metagming knowledge) wonder if she's still madly in love with the new guy.Giggles_Manically wrote...
My only Dwarf Noble was male so there was fist bumping and happinnes and bragging about our lives. I was happy the Gorim is okay now, and didnt end up like Tamlem (sp) or Jowan. He is probably to good to go down though.

Ouch that would hurt, and would destroy two of my charachters since my Berserker would run out and start a war, and my Mage would go and kick down an offending mountain or two. My Dwarf Noble would go get drunk with Oghern I guess. Does Gorim give any sign he regrets saying he cares for a FEM DN or does he not.

TREE #4
(IF: Gorim_Romantic) 1. But ... what about us?
Gorim: "Even in Orzammar, we both knew it couldn't last. I was honored by the time we shared, but..."
Gorim: "You are a princess. I'm not even a warrior anymore." (VO: I'm not good enough for you.) *Go to tree 5*
TREE #5
1. I could never find a better man than you.
Gorim: "Perhaps it is better for me to wish you the best and let you continue your business in the city."
Gorim: "But please, let me at least offer you a discount on my father-in-law's crafts. They're all fine work." *END DIALOGUE*
2. You jerk! I hope you and your ugly wife rot together!
Gorim: "My lady, I'm sorry. I would never have tried to hurt you."
Gorim: "Forgive me." [SET: Ugly_Breakup] *END DIALOGUE*
3. Gorim Saelac, a merchant. It's hard to believe it. *Go to tree 4, line 3*
4. Well, when can I meet the lucky girl? *Go to tree 4, line 2*
Yeah, as a female DC your mother tells you how Rica saved you from having to be a noble hunter as well which isn't necessary if you're not a girl, as a female mage you can mention that you had a thing for Jowan (not sure why you would want to but...) and Cullen is in love with you and so visions of you helped break him, as a female DE you could have been together with Tamlen and everyone expected for you to bond, as a female CE your betrothed comes with Soris to rescue you no matter how you treat him making him one of only two people to care enough to do that and dies in your arms after giving you the ring he made for you...I don't think a HN origin really matters as far as gender goes as both ONS options are bi and die anyway.Giggles_Manically wrote...
A lot of the Origins seem to get a lot deeper and emotional if you play a female rather than a male it seems.
I've never played that. What happens?Giggles_Manically wrote...
Bioware games do usually add an extra emotional level in a lot of cases if you play a female charecter. Getting hit on is just wierd though for me. Goes all the way back to Crassius Curio in Morrowind, I still cant get clean after that.

The line about being in love with Alistair should show up when you speak with Gorim after the Landsmeet plot is started. So basically when the game moves you to Arl's estate and you leave it and go to the market and speak with Gorim there it should show up... does it not show for you even then?Gilsa wrote...
The reason why the Alistair line won't trigger is because the code is bad. I don't remember exactly what ejoslin said at the time, but the way it was set up for the game meant we aren't going to hear it in vanilla game. (Alistair's line has conditions that he has to be king, or whatever, while everyone else merely needs to have the romance active -- even just interested is adequate.)
He seems...special. I can't really say I'm a fan from what I've heard.Giggles_Manically wrote...
That is what mods are for I guess. Although I hated all the Dalish charachters in the game outside of the Keeper in the origin, Bunch of rascits knife ear.
So Sarah what do you think of Curio?
To Bhelen's credit, he never hits on you. Then again, you're either his sibling, the sibling of the mother of his only child, or not a dwarf...Giggles_Manically wrote...
I used a Writ to get away with killing him, urr although he has text dialouge, he is 10 times slimer than Bhelen. heh slimy Bhelen.
MIND over GUTTER
Nnngh, I get what you're saying now. I had woken up the arl and he brought up the whole Landsmeet thing and said we should put Alistair forward as king. I thought that was adequate. I have not relocated Eamon to Denerim just yet. That makes so much more sense now. I had paused my game for a while and forgot about stuff like this. Thanks!! I can't wait to see this!tmp7704 wrote...
