Costin, you do have a point. My other reason was that I simply did not trust Morrigan. I didn't like how she was playing my character all along so I would have said no anyway.



I probably am going to make a new dwarf noble and change things up so I can compare what's different in the next expansion. Such as side with Bhelen and stay with Alistair via dark ritual. Not anytime soon though. I am getting the itch to return to Mass Effect!



And about romances, I hear what you're saying. I like renting romantic movies and having a warm fuzzy feeling at the end. My husband benefits from it later, heh. This just happens to be a movie we get to direct so it's easier to gush over the romances and feel like we're Superman. Powerful and beloved! Even Wonder Woman needs her Steve Trevor, too! But yes, some can take it too far. A good rule of thumb is to pretend that your spouse is reading your posts. Easier to toe the line that way.

I actually used the cheat console to do it... mostly because iv only played 2 females and one of them didnt romance him (she was a psychotic city elf that pretty much drove away or killed every one of her party members except the dog...)

Actually....my Dalish Elf Romanced him. You see, I am a guy, not a woman, and so I think like a guy.

Zevran for me is my bro, my trusted friend who will always be there to help me. So romancing him is well out of character for me, even on my single female character. 

But I did want to get a romance for her, so I choose the idiot. As I  put it for Morrigan :"He is a idiot, but he is my idiot."

In the end however it felt warm and fuzzy to kill him. Destroying all his dreams and hopes and love just before the end. Yes I am sadistic bastard, and so is my elf!

I did reload though, made him king with Anora in the end. I still regret marrying such a smart woman to a moron like him.

I love Anora too... ! I need to get around to finishing my dudeland playthrough and marry her, and keep zev as my fancy boy on my couscous.

BUT! I think Brosca/Zevran works very well, and out of all the companions he actually gets Dust Town the most.
