Well, if Bhelen were in it it would kind of kill the mood, don't you think? Unless you think he's a voyeur or something.KnightofPhoenix wrote...
That's awesome! No Bhelen in it, but still awesome!

I think he probably knew about it (although her father and Trian didn't or else they would have said/done something) but he never used it against her and possibly never let her know that he knew because that would have ruined his facade of innocent and harmless little brother and while his working plan was 'convince her that I'm looking out for her and Trian wants to kill her so she'll kill him' that would be a bad idea.KnightofPhoenix wrote...

Bhelen sees all!
On a related note, do you think Bhelen would know about his sis and Gorim's relation and use it against her?

In addition, Bhelen also has a controversial relationship as well. So maybe that's why I believe he wouldn't use it.
Anyways, I gtg. Cheers to you al!

Going by the Toolset notes this fits supposed morals of Leliana, actually. It says the following:Gilsa wrote...
I don't even get sparing Marjolaine. It somewhat irks me that I have to suggest to Leliana to kill her. Rather if I wanted to spare Marjolaine, I should talk Leliana OUT of killing her rather than tell her to kill the **** and then listen to her freak out afterwards knowing that ITS MY FAULT that I told Leliana in the first place. Imagine suggesting to Alistair that Loghain should be killed. Much better to try to talk him out of it and fail.

Her concept of good is more 'nice' than 'good' (e.g. would let one seemingly penitent bandit go to be nice, rather than turn him in for his crimes)
so it makes sense she'd prefer for Marjolaine to just 'go away' even if she's scared of her. I actually liked that in her -- when everyone else in game gets all "stabstabkill" whenever something gets in their personal way it gets rather boring. That was a refreshing change of pace.

Ser Cauthrien perhaps? I haven't taken Leliana along to rescue Anora for awhile but I recall pretty much every companion urging me to fight rather than surrender.Herr Uhl wrote...

Is there any situation where Leliana opts to kill the person that does not actively try to kill you or someone else at the time?
RAWR!! THIS IS AWESOME!!!!Sarah1281 wrote...

That is true. I was looking at the larger picture (and partly reacting out of protectiveness). A common thief is one thing, but this was a woman who had Leliana framed, tortured, and left for dead along with sending assassins after her while pretending it was just a singing telegram. My decision to kill her is my way of making sure she doesn't come back for Leliana again after we all part ways in the end.tmp7704 wrote...

Out of curiousity, do you prefer hardened Leliana or default Leliana?

I can't bring myself to harden Leliana, even on Missa. (not enough space in DDW to write about Leli, sadly. It's all Zevran/Alistair/Morrigan, and oddly Sten.)

So you are going to kill Loghain, huh?
Harsh but I'm sure if it goes the other way a lot of Alistair fans will jump ship. There's just no winning with that decision...Costin_Razvan wrote...
Soignee...I know that an author likes his plot twists and all that, but I am simply going to say that I won't bother reading it if you are just going to kill Loghain. I certainly had enough of FFs that kill Loghain.
