You don't change that much in ten years once you hit your twenties.

I don't think we'll reach ore than 30-35.
In fable, our character is 60 at the end of the game.

I think it would be cool to allow scars and such as you age. If you finish a battle with an "injury", it could generate a random scar. Even cooler, if you could update your Hawke as you age. When a certain time frame passes, you get to go back to the character generator and update the look based on your original design. This is where you could add scarring and tattoos. These could unlock based on your play style and decisions. That would be very cool.
I will totally make Hawke a mage that gains an epic beard over a decade in that case.

Edit: Still, I would have no problem with an 'optional scar-gaining' setting.

Yes! At a certain point you would unlock "Duncan's Beard". This would provide either a +25 spellpower or +25 attack based on character class.
...even on the ladies

A few highlights from his post is that we can import our DAO saves into DA2 and possibly see the events of our actions from a different angle.
And, of course, Flemeth returns.

Well, one of the exact quotes is "You may be controlling a different
character in Dragon Age II, but the choices your Grey Warden made in
Origins are still imported from your save and reflected in the world."
So it sounds like, to me anyway, that you'll be able to import saves
from Origins like you can import ME1 saves to ME2. Just now you'll also
be able to import saves from one platform to another. (Though I'm
curious how they'll pull that one off)

Mary Kirby has suggested Hawke's beard may be in fact recruitable companion.Herr Uhl wrote...

I can't even remember if I spared her or killed her on my saves except for the last couple. This'll be interesting.
I don't think it will have much impact on her.
*calls her having a new young body and that you can bone her*

I really like this. That would avoid any misinterpreting of your lines as sincere when they should be sarcastic and so on. I remember some people complained that they meant it when they asked Zevran if the earring was a proposal since they didn't know Antivan customs and were hurt when he laughed it off.4) We're getting the ME2 conversation wheel, but this time instead of having some dialogue be a particular color the center of the wheel will show a symbol to show what kind of reply it is. (The article uses the examples of them being something like aggressive or sarcastic)
I don't remember any specifics, but I know I've meant something a different way then the character said it on occasion, too.

Currently in the process of tying up the middle of chapter 5. Would it be out of place of Bhelen punching Vartag for being an idiot?
a swift backhand perhaps, followed by a steely gaze. But I always write my Bhelen as a non fighter and more of a schemer.

Punching seems more emotional and plebian to really be Bhelen's style, especially in public. Of course, if your character just happened to walk by Bhelen punching him in private where that wouldn't be drawing attention to himself then that might be another thing altogether.Costin_Razvan wrote...

He doesn't seem to enjoy fighting either.
