What about the Cerberus base?
I always let uhm....Sidonis....( yes that's the name I think ) go. Not that I care about mercy, but I want Garrus to realize the Universe is not black or white, but grey.
And Paragade makes me vomit....
Oh and....dwarf relevant I swear!

Well, I wasn't doing it for Sidonis. I felt it was better for Garrus to hear the truth.

I'm not sure how different Jack's Paragon romance is but her renegade one annoys me. It's basically:
Jack: Why are you here?
Shepard: Has anyone ever told you you're a ****?
Jack: It may have come up once or twice.
Shepard: Don't fight our love!
Jack: Love? What are you talking about?
Shepard: See, you're doing it again!
Jack: *sigh* You want sex?
Shepard: That works, too.
I heard him out on my paragon run.soignee wrote...

When you warn Sidonis you still have several opportunities to let Garrus shoot him and if Sidonis ran Garrus could have still taken him down. The only reason he can't is because you stand in the way.KnightofPhoenix wrote...

The problem with the whole thing (and dialogue wheels in general) is that I thought "warn Sidonis" would not lead to a discussion, but to me actively thwarting Garrus and making Sidonis escape. Which is why I didn't do it.
I eventually found out that warning Sidonis leads to a confession, but I had no way of knowing that on my first playthrough, and just decided that having the loyalty of the most badass companion is better than backstabbing him.
If the other choice was "Try to listen to Sidonis", I would have done it.
except he thought blowing up the base was the evil choice.
Although apparently Tali doesn't if you rat out her father

You really don't want to know.
Really? The reason all your companions (except Grunt who's like 'oh, he doesn't deserve a trophy cause he didn't do anything') give is not trusting him with the technology. As most of them aren't human, they're probably right to be worried. TIM misuing the base is a valid concern given his extreme the ends justify the means philosophy so looking at it that way and ignoring your annoyance/admiration of TIM it all boils down to whether you feel that the potential gains will be worth the substantial risk you're taking.Costin_Razvan wrote...

I agree with assessment, lol. Blowing up the base is the renegade choice in my eyes....mostly because the only reasoning I can find for people doing it,( aside from oh kewl explosion thing ) is just to ****** off TIM.

I know that they're biased but the questions of whether TIM can be trusted in this matter and whether you think the good will outweigh the bad are valid ones that needs to be considered even if you do decide that ulitimately the answer to both are yes.Costin_Razvan wrote...
Your companions are biased aliens who for the most part who only see Cerberus as racist. I am sorry if I could care less of their opinion and that of PRIIIIZE Jacob, and Dat Ass Miranda. Jack is biased because of her past, Kasumi is a naive fool and Legion ( the only one who has an unbiased opinion in the matter ) says he doesn't think the decision was a bad one, but he thinks it might be better for humanity to develop on it's own rather then use Reaper Tech ( which I disagree with ). Garrus is fine either way, but still concerned because of the perceived racism Cerberus has.

You could decide that he'd do more harm than good with it and thus destroy the base for better or for worse without needing to be particularly pissed at TIM at all.
