buck?

Anyway . . . a few pages back someone mentioned that I would be able to play DAO if i were to buy Awakenings. Is this true or is someone in marketing out to get me?

Yes, buck. My bunk happens to reside in a huge, golden male deer. Duh:P

I did make a Brosca that looks suspiciously like my Aeducan's redheaded sister >.> I kind of have a preset dwarf face I find absolutely adorable.

There is just something jarring about a romance between Alistair and a female dwarf.

Yes, male dwarf would definitely work better.

On different note, regarding possible appearances of dwarves in DA2... there's this tidbit in the Game Informer article:

"Who is the Champion of Kirkwall? Some citizens of the Free Marches will tell you that he survived destruction of Lothering. They say he found something in the deepest parts of the abandoned dwarven kingdoms."

More jarring than a romance between Leliana or Morrigan and a dwarf?

Not really, no. It's just that female dwarves have very shapely hips and bosoms, while some of their other body parts are a bit too petite. It just looks odd compared to humans. Also, I'm still hung up on the idea of Fem. Aeducan being with Gorim. Much more appropriate.

Morrigan/Leliana and a male dwarf is equally jarring though. His hand is as big as one of their thighs. Not to mention the comparative width of their bodies.

Well, I'd initially meant the latter but now that I think about it the former works as well.

Nugs are food, not friends.

Oh, no. Payroo did.

Seriously, I suspect the top picture may be the only non-tragic Gorim fanart in existence... Posted Image

SCHMOOPLES WHYYYYYY?!?! Did he finally bite the dust for being such an inconsiderate, noisy SOB?

Poor nugs. I used to have a hairless rat named Rapunzel, she looked a lot like a nug...

It might possibly have been about a month before I turned fourteen. Maybe. The fact that that was also the year I went on a wild 'I don't believe in anything' spree and became an atheist is a complete coincidence, of course.

I just figured out why dwarven politics are so evil

It's because dwarves don't DREAM, so they don't have nightmares to keep them up at night. How ironic, no?

Oghren dreamed prior to becoming a GW though.

So dwarves do dream.

When was that? I only know the dream from Awakening. If there was a dream, it was a slip-up or just Oghren rambling.

And anyway, the devs clearly said dwarves don't dream because they don't enter the fade. Though GW somehow have those telepathic visions when the Acrhdemon starts 'talking to the horde' and whatnot.

You could ask him if it was a blight dream, and he'd say that it was like other dreams.

Dwarves don't enter the fade, but neither do we. Does that stop us?

We don't live in the world of dragon age.

And when pulled into the fade, in Awakening, Oghren says "Dwarves don't dream! We sleep like the stone!"

That, I remember clearly.
