You mean the same anvil that was used to make Dwarf Nobles Golems? I would think she would be taking a liking to that heh. Not that she cares much for the other castless that is ( or so I get the impression ). 

The anvil doesn't serve any purpose in grander purpose of things, expect that you get some golems in the final battle, which are quite great.

I bet you are going to make Bhelen king, save the Circle. I do wonder however what are you going to do with Loghain? I see you already hardened Alistair.

Loghain is going to be interesting, since Missa is all about second chances. Soooooo... I have yet to see why a casteless warden would make Harrowmont king. Even if you remove the Rica aspect, it still makes no sense. And the casteless were pressgasnged (literally it seems) to be made into golems, the shaperate tells you if you're there and Shale is present. I had to go walk away from the computer and come back when I heard that.

I haven't been able to bring myself to not destroy it once (although whether I side with Branka or Caridin depends on the playthrough) because Branka feels feeding her entire House including her love to darkspawn is a rational decision and she'll be in charge of operating it,  Harrowmont can't be counted on to be strong enough to stop her, and Bhelen is kind of evil. I'm not against the idea of the Anvil on a strictly volunteer basis but I sure as hell don't trust these people not to misuse it.

Bhelen actually makes using the anvil illegal and immediately tries to stop Branka when she starts pissing him off, unlike Harrowmont who allows the conflict to escallate to the surface.
I trust Bhelen fully to not let her get out of hand. Paragon Shmaragon, he doesn't care, he would bring her down or at the very least keep her contained.

If you ignore the epilogue, then I could see Bhelen being strong enough to not let Branka go crazy with the Anvil but not to refrain from turning any voice of dissent into a golem. He's never been very fond of those, after all.

I doubt open dissenters are high in numbers, so I don't think Bhelene will throw away a large percentage of the population. Just criminals and dissenters.

Okay, maybe some of them deserve it. In fact, that deshyr who tells anyone who goes near him how Bhelen is holding his family hostage in exchange for his good behavior comes to mind. Just how oes he think broadcasting that information counts as 'good behavior' anyway? And yeah, while I never thought he would disband the Assembly immediately the fact he let a couple assassination attempts go before becoming a dictator shows he doesn't completely hate tradition and if the deshyrs don't like it they only have themselves to blame.

I guess part of the reason that I'm still concerned is because you just know that if he would have had the Anvil during the Origin and thought he could get away with it, the DN would undoubtably be a golem now.

FYI Bhelen's VA played Jon Arbuckle in the recent Garfield cartoons, apparently. Talk about different!
