I don't remember that, but then again, I always side with Bhelen for my casteless.

I do not get it either, have some shrooms to lend me in order to help me understand?

If he never mentions his views on casteless to anyone else, why would he risk offending the formerly-casteless Warden who might want to give the throne to Bhelen if he does? He's far more polite about Jarvia and the carta than Bhelen is and if you mention Rica then he's a little awkward but he's still very polite and promises not to hurt her should he become King.soignee wrote...

And why pick him? Because you hate Orzammar and want to see it tear itself apart under weak leadership?

How can you not know Big Fish Little Fish Cardboard Box? Lets go!
On an unrelated note, I now know why my friend was licking every female on the face that one time.

And because you are jealous of Rica for getting that hunk of a man.

Remember, I'm going for accidental bad decisions. Also, with this character, he hasn't encountered Harrowmont before and hasn't heard his bullcrap opinions.
BUT, I haven't actually made the decision yet, I went to sleep last night. After sleeping on it, you might be right, I'm sort of thinking it is just too much of a stretch to narf over Rica like that. Besides, Bhelen gives plenty of whoops-violence on his own.
Ugh, I'm basically back to square one. I'm going to class.
EDIT- Also, I like dancing but I can't go to raves anymore. For some reason, I give off a dealer vibe. People end up bothering me a lot and insisting they're not cops. It is like magic, every single time. DUDE, NO, I'M NOT HOLDING.

But seriously though. I find Bhelen a good man. Sure he does everything to get in power, but that is only against uptight nobles who are not in any way different from him in that regard. But he treats his wife in a good manner, even though she should be considered scum by him, and he also treats the castless as actual people. ( Sure he says how the Carta was slaughtered like Genlocks, but then again Jarvia was a criminal ).
In a sense he reminds me of me and my choices I take in my cannon playthrough. Don't be weighed down by morality when making a choice, but rather do it for the greater good and don't be a dick just for the sake of being a dick.

You mean other than the fact he's the brother of my canon Warden? I kind of think that's enough...Herr Uhl wrote...

Hey, I just wanted to make sure of something. I keep on hearing the expression "canon Warden". I'm pretty sure that means the character that you feel is most true to the intent of the game as well as the one you view as most the intelligent and heroic. The one you feel makes the decisions you would approve of. Do I understand that term correctly?

Canon as is in, your playthrough you're most attatched to, like my Brosca one is for me.

Aye, if you were only allowed to have one character to import into sequels, whose story would you want to keep going? I love all three of my dwarves, but if I had to pick only one of them, it would be my noble by the hair of a nug. (Nugs don't have hair so it's that close. =p)
They do have whiskers though.
Even though he made a lot of stupid decisions (or maybe due to it) I'd go with my first mage.

I ended up choosing mine because since they all end up dead if you don't pick them (except possibly the Mage but she'll get sent to Aeonar forever so that's hardly much better) and I didn't really care all that much if my non-Warden Cousland, Tabris, Amell, Surana, Mahriel, or Brosca died but the thought of my Aeducan dying isn't fun, which is why I've decided if she doesn't find Duncan she finds the Legion.Gilsa wrote...

Maybe it's because of the kind of death it is? Cousland probably dies with her parents, Mahriel either never wakes up after the mirror or dies with her clan, the mage is either executed or doesn't actually die, Tabris is also just quickly executed so they can move on, and Brosca only dies because she stops eating so it's really suicide on her part and if she hadn't done that she would have been freed with Leske. The Aeducan, on the the other hand...all alone in the Deep Roads after being betrayed by everyone and either being captured by the darkspawn and put through the broodmother process, dying of thirst/starvation, or eles being mobbed by them and killed...that's certainly not how I'd want to go, regardless of what GW tradition is. None of my Wardens have ever paid it in the slightest of mind anyway.
Oh, I hope we don't have to stick with our first playthroughs. Mine was a *shudder* Queen Cousland!Second edit: My favorite of those little mods actually is the Ser Perth one, where you can let Zevran change your mind about using the oil! Flaming undead IS bad!

My Dwarfs have reached relatively happy ends and I don't want to spoil that.
