I've entered the code on dragonage.bioware.com/redeem (via my computer)

Using my PS3, do I open the web browser and log in to my EA/Bioware account?

You don't do it from a browser; you should be able to log in to your account in-game.

where is the log-in option ingame?? I don't see it.

I'm having the same issue... I can't figure out how to get the Downloadable Armor. I've tried logging in to dragonage.bioware.com/redeem as shown on the card, and when I enter it there, I get "Unable to redeem code. "

I've also tried entering the code in-game by hitting triangle to redeem codes on the download menu. This doesn't work either (that method did work for the Unleash the Fury of Shale code)?

Any ideas?

You are out of luck now that you have redeemed it on the website. I did the same thing. Once you use the code its dead and can no longer be used. The instructions written on the insert were FAIL. Thanks Bioware!
