the nicest thing I ever got from a Biowarean was this:

I had started a thread which started to get long and somewhat controversial. Then Stanley Woo (?) got really pissed and came in said "END OF LINE . GRRR:devil:"

Then someone else started another thread where they complained about my locked thread...and could you believe it? He actually re-opened the lock thread and said "START OF LINE"  when re-opened it. I remember thinking that  that "start of line" was such a cute little touch.

Erm...ahem...hopefully I didn't revoke my man card with this post...

Well.. I worked really hard on a Dragon Age montage and when I was done posted it in the General forum or whatever. Most people liked it but some said the thread needed to be moved to the (completely dead) Creative forum.



Some mod came along and said I have permission to keep my thread in the high-traffic forum. Then one of the devs came by and said they liked the montage Bioware is nice.. I just question their marketing strategies sometimes.

 Haven't really had anything done for me personally, but Woo should definitely get generalized props for dealing with all the crazy psycho babies that are crying around these parts.

I'd have to say that Stanley Woo spending time to PM me back was nice, as was the fact that he did so in a timely manner. Thanks again Mr. Woo. =)

Yeah, Stanley Woo is great. He's also the only BioWarian I've had any direct communication with. Unfortunately that means I lack any interesting stories to tell on this subject.

Stanley Woo complimented me on my humour, fantastic work-out schedule and eating habits on the old forums. (I'm not making it up, i swear... well the last two were wrong but i think he thinks it anyway)

Err, I don't know if it counts as forum-related, but a couple of years ago, just before Mass Effect 1 came out, I got an email inviting me to a pre-release event, where some fans and people outside of the media could play the game. I was asked - I think - because I'd been on the forums so much (hence why I'm putting it here), and must've made the right impression.
 
I couldn't go, but I thought it was great to have been offered.
