Could someone please make more hair models for male characters? Similar
to the More Hairstyles mod here:
http://www.dragonage...file.php?id=392

Which unfortunately only has 1 male hairstyle.

Could anyone who's good at making these things want to give it a go please?

At the very least, is there any sort of tutorial for how to create and import new hair meshes/textures into the game?
I'm surprised how many new ones have been created for female characters, but not for males.

Here are some hairstyles I would like to see for males (feel free to contribute or critisize).


[slick superman haircut]

medium curly hair

Elvis rockabily hair

medium dreads

long dreads

medium wavy hair

roman ceasar-esque cut

obligatory mohawk

classy hair

slick bet rebelous james dean hair!

same as above, but longer and more unmanaged... (whether or not you like him, he has awesome hair)

The reason there are so many for females is because a lot of them were ported from previous mods for Oblivion and Fallout. The Ren hairstyles are one example - they've be around for years.



Making custom hair is no different than any other custom model, so any tutorial on that (such as for weapons, armour, etc.) should suffice.

Ah I see.. what about the hair mods for males from oblivion and fallout? Have those been ported over as well?

If you've looked over at the Nexus and found none then presumably not. Your best bet would be to contact someone that released one of those female hair mods and ask them to port over some male hair, assuming that some exists.
