Yup. A huge pain in the arse to find it all. Not even worth it.

body: elven ruins
boots: Lothering
gloves: sacred ashes?

The boots are glitched on PC version.

The boots are glitched, but here is a mod that you can install that will either put the boots in your inventory (if you've completed Lothering) or will put them in the Chantry cabinet, where they were meant to be.
