I followed the instructions on the paper(it comes with the package) and did as it says:

1. From the main menu, select "Downloadable Content" -- I did
2. Select "Redeem Code" -- I did
3. Follow the on-screen instructions -- No instruction. Nothing happened when I put the code and when I put it one more time, it said "invalid code" because it was used.

Then I went on playing the game. I said "nevermind, I could do without that" but when the main story had me go to the Sulcher's Pass, I thought it worked because the merchant was talking about a control rod that controls the stone prisoner. But when I select the option "Let's take a look [download]",  it says "You must be connected to the internet and to the dragon age servers" and returns to the game. I'm already connected. I can log in PSN and do whatever. I'm sure I'm connected to the internet and to the dragon age servers.

I don't see what's the matter. Please help me out.

im having the same problem - checking on this iste in Profile>Your Registered Game Promotions has the blood armor and shale, but noting under Download. of course the pc and 360 dl for ME2 is there, which i dont own. go figure. anyone know what the deal is or who to contact to get this to work?

You're best bet, at least to add your voice to the on-going problem, is to contact EA support.



E-mailed them them too. I did everything they asked. Even wiped out my hard drive and restored my PS3 to default. Still nothing. I really don't understand how some people can get it while others can't. I can see that I have my codes redeemed under Profile->Your registered game promotions, but the game isn't downloading anything.
