I normally play ME1 in english - and had BDtS installed.

Due to RL related stuff; I took a break of about 2-4 Weeks from playing ME1.

I just started Mass Effect 1, and voila. The game had the language switched back to german and it told me it cannot load save games as BDtS is not installed.

Help?

Fixed it myself, found the entry in the BioEngine.ini set it to:

Language=EN



works now.
