His right eye is white, meaning he rather dont see anything with it.
Hah. Poor logic is poor.
Just remember, ME is the "future."

Usually cybernetic implants are either quite visible (TIMs and Sarens eyes) or very true to life (apparently Shepards ME2 eyes), so most likely Zaeed has just learned to deal with monovision and his other eye is truly blind as white color suggests.
Nice catch OP! I always noticed his blind eye (it makes him look cool), but never noticed how he aims.

Pretty much as close to "shooting from the hip" as one can get with a sniper rifle.

On the other hand, a guy form BioWare (sorry, dont remember the name) said, in the mentioned 'saluting" topic, that devs do they best so the game looks like real life and they do very well indeed. I mean Zaeed's eye aint a big issue, but it is disturbing, especially when you look closer an start to think how the hell he can snipe.
Its not a gamebreaking issue, but I think it should be mentioned. We want to play games that are rather accurate and deliver great simulation of life (sort of)

Who says that the eye has to glow to be cybernetic?

It's cybernetic.

But why it is white then? It might very well be cybernetic eye that simulates the look of real eye, hell AFAIK Shepards eyes are cybernetic, but why would Zaeed choose white like blind?

After checking wikipedia, he could have "heterochromia."
That, or maybe it's a transplant from someone with a different color iris?

White indicates blindness AFAIK. It can be cybernetic... but why bother having an eye that looks like a blind one? Hm because you HAVE TO look badass, right.
Of course it can be something different. Like Zaeed's enemies are praying for taking headshots and dieing in order not to be punished by him anymore

He was shot in head, he has a big scar on the right side of the face. Unless he was born with Heterochromia. Hell, my friend has it, but... one eye is green and the other is brown, but isnt it that the white isnt a natural color for an eye? you cant be born with a white eye.

Since when does white indicate blind? I could see what you mean if it were cloudy white, but I don't think it is.

Newer or more expensive tech can look realistic, but cheap tech is probably little more than a glass case over a camera.
