hey,
i started a new playthrough (imported the barack obama face. thanks to whoever created it. :happy:) and i'm thinking about trying to make it so only the women are loyal and all the men die. improving my romance odds, as it were. :happy:
my question is: is it worth it? is it worth the extra effort not to keep the men around? not to mention grunt and garrus are two of my favorites. also, if i do it, how do i work the suicide mission so that the women all survive but the men die?
any thoughts?

I've never seen that kind of request before. Are you still planning on keeping the crew alive, and do you want Samara or Morinth?

Play as femshep then you can have a big les groupie.

if you want the men to die then dont get the upgrades to the ship. in the battle bring tali, and samara to take care of that probe in the cargo bay. send legion through the shaft in the first part. then keep the women in your party for the rest of the mission.



they way i see it is you're going to loose one or two of the women if you try to kill all of the men

well of course it's not worth it for all female crew member only fall for the commander.

but IF you do:

send grunt through the vents, make any guy the second team leader.

then when you go through the swarms: a) take miranda as barrier biotic and take two male squadmembers in your team.

take any male member as a the second team leader.

then take two male squadmembers to the final bossfight.



ah and get the armour upgrade for the normandy or else Jack dies.

Making all the women loyal and choosing the right choices in the suicide mission will make only 1 or 2 people die (except if you don't do all upgrades)



I've tried it with only Tali, Miranda and Jack loyal and only Mordin and Jacob died

This is the weirdest idea for a suicide mission I've seen yet ...

Though it would be hilarious to have a ship that only has women on it.

Hmm ... which of the crew die first/last? I know dr. chakwas is the last, but who's next? Just wondering what order Kelly is at.

I'm kind of curious if this is even possible - not the "have only female squadmates survive" aspect of it, but the "have all the female squadmates survive, while also killing off all the males."



And what about trying to "kill off all the aliens" (if you're a xenophobic bastard) or "kill off all the humans" (a big FU to Cerberus)?
