Ok so, firstly I am really sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, I didn't see anything that said it was wrong but nothing said it was right either really, so I'm not really sure where requests for mods go >.<

Uhm right, now I have that said, and this is kinda of embarresing for me but; I can't seem to find a Loghain romance mod anywhere on the net, and I guess there are numerous reasons for that, that it wouldn't fit with the lore for starters since he's supposed to be married, maybe because not enough people like him, maybe it would be a tedious mod to make, I don't know, I tried the toolset myself and couldn't get along with it >.<

Anyways, I was hoping for someone to make Loghain a possible romance option (for females since I am one, but I guess for males aswel to be fair) it can be as simple or as detailed as the maker desires, I'm pretty desperate here lol I just want to be able to do things with him, to kiss and...well you know the rest, I need not say it aloud it's embarresing enough stating this publicly >.< heheh.

If anyone were to make this, would it be possible to make it compatible with the nude body mods, especially the upcoming Custom Bodies mod by JackFuzz, and with Luchaires Better Sex Scenes. And lastly, to include his "Do as I command" line *blushes*

Ok and now for Fort Drakon, my problem with it is that it seemed too short to me, I felt like it was supposed to be an ordeal but it wasn't, I want it to feel like an ordeal. It was over too quickly, escape was too easy, the scene from KOTOR  when your character, Carth and Bastilla are interrogated/tortured was very memorable, because it was an ordeal, not just a quick escape and over and done with. I don't want to escape Fort Drakon unscathed.

Now this is the hard part, I'm guessing it would be a pretty hard mod to make since it would need to include new dialogue and animations etc. But I was hoping for an interrogation/torture scene to take place at Fort Drakon, just after the cutscene showing your character and Alistair in a cell. Rather than choosing who to come and rescue you, or beginning escaping yourself, a guard should bring you down to the room below, the one filled with torture devices, and begin an interrogation/torture, or perhaps Loghain himself should show up and do the interrogation. At some point you could get put back in the cell and then the escape could begin, or this torture could continue for a few days, with being put back in the cell and sleeping each night, finally escaping on the third day.

It just seemed to me that it was kinda unrealistic being able to escape from there so quickly and easily.

If anyone were to ever make either one or both of these I would be eternally grateful, and you would of made me a very happy young woman lol.

I haven't seen a Loghain Romance mod out there either. I'm making one for myself, as my "learn how to use the toolkit" project. I'll post it if I finish it in any timely fashion. I wasn't planning on trying too hard to have vocalized lines, but the "Do as I command" line is pretty hot

I also was only planning on it working with a female, human, noble, since I already had a plausable-enough-to-me story in mind. Let me know if you are an elf, though, and I'll see if I can come up with something.

Hahah finally someone who actually agrees with me jeez I thought I was all alone in the world with my ideas. I had the same problem with KOTOR, only I was eventually able to make the mod I wanted for myself on that, whereas my experiments with the DA toolset didn't work out very well >.<"

But anyways that sure would be great if you were making one, I think I'll become your new biggest fan haha, especially after what you said about the "Do as I command" line you've just gotta love that

I actually make heaps of characters, but they are always female human nobles or elves (usually elven magi). I think human noble would probably go best with him anyways heh, I may not play as that origin all the time but that's still fine, don't worry about making it for other origins unless it's really easy or something I guess.

Either way I look foreward to seeing how things go, I would offer my help but I probably wouldn't be able to do a great deal since I can't even get to grips with the damn toolset >.< if you think of any way I can be useful though let me know

On my second complete playthrough of the game, I played as a female human noble because I wanted a specific setup of the game going into Awakening. As I was playing that origin, I was seeing how a Loghain romance would be plausable with her. So after completing the game the way I wanted, I loaded an old save and put Loghain on the team. After listening to all he had to say, I decided I would play through the entire game *again* if I had a Loghain romance option.



I want to weave the romance story into the whole game, but I don't want to conflict with other mods if possible. Also if I do release it to the public, I want it to work well for those who already have him in their group and don't want to play through the entire game again to get the story.



At any rate, it's something that I'm playing with in my spare time. Feel free to message me. You are most welcome to make suggestions.

I feel your pain.  The 2 times tried to do anything with the toolset, I broke my game to the point I had to reinstall it.  : / Sad part is, I was following a guide at the time.  Heh.   So I guess, ditto?  I would help if I could.  Or if you can think of a way I could be usefull, just let me know.

I broke my game once with the toolset and had to reinstall too! Thankfully it's easy to back up your characters



I am still working on this mod, btw. School is a priority, but summer is nearly here and I should be able to devote lots more time to the project. Until then, I'm doing a little at a time during my free time.

Heya! *emerges from lurking* First of all, you're doing a great job already phaonica I loved the album. It's a start, and a good one.

Quick q if you guys don't mind: Why would the game break because of the toolset? In case of a bad/faulty mod, can't you just delete the mod from the override folder and the game will be as it was before?

I'm rooting for you & the Loghain mod! ^^

Well honestly I can't tell exactly what broke my game the first time. I was messing with the toolkit and downloading tons of mods. I was saving files and scripts and temp files everywhere. I don't know how to easily switch mods between characters, so I was moving a lot of files around. Eventually, even with all the mod files removed, my controlled character was not doing any damage at all and all the other characters were on an incredible damage delay. Combat was completely broken. I couldn't kill anything. Maybe there was something I didn't remove somewhere, but this amateur could not find it. Just reinstall.
