okay i downloaded the blood armor and shale and the 2 items from the
flash game then about a couple months later my ps3 got stolen with the
downloaded content on it and i can't get my downloads to the new ps3
that i had to buy is there any way i can re-download the blood armor and
other downloads to the new ps3?

go to PSN Store and check you download history, at the upper right, if you are using same ID, etc. it should be there.
