[Amethyst Willow]

So I'm currently attempting to save Redcliffe, and I fought the undead by the windmill. A soldier came and told me there were more elsewhere and we needed to hurry. But when I got down by the Chantry, no enemies were there and nothing happened. Another site I looked on said to run around by the Chantry or the docks where the enemies show up because they tend to get "stuck" there or something. Nothing has worked, and the only cheat code they gave to skip the battle scene was for the PC only. They didn't give anything for the 360.
Basically, is there another way to get around this glitch or skip the scene? Reloading doesn't work and I already saved after I started the quest.
