I was facing the Reverant in Hard with a Shield Warrior in Denerim. I GUARANTEE you that only 10% of the time I hit as well with the rest of my characters except Morrigan. I also used Misdirection hex at the beginning but nothing happened. And how come Aura cleanse doesn't work on the Reverant?! Huh?!

Revenants have an aura similiar to Miasma that reduces attack (and maybe defense not sure atm), combined with the Weakness spell it can cast, it should definately hamper your attack rating enough to miss a lot. As to Misdirection Hex I'm going to guess it was resisted and I assume you're talking about Cleansing Aura? That is supposed to periodically heal nearby allies so why would it work on the Revenant?
