Kind of like the Fallout Bible but for Mass Effect? I think that's what the codex is for

I did a poll on this a while ago and it seemed most of the community was for the idea.

Granted the Codex is a bit lacking but I think it gives us enough info. The ME1 codex was pretty good.

What I'd give for what would essentially be a book version of the Codex. While I'd love if they went to Star Wars/Halo Encyclopedia level of detail, with huge sections dedicated to stuff like biotics and in-depth details of even the most minute factors of Mass Effect, and a huge section dedicated to different planets, to be honest, I'd be happy with a Codex with fancier pictures, s'long as I can read all about those details without having to open the ME wiki or fire up the game.

I buy for sure if they ever release a codex in a book form.
Maybe after the third novel they should release it or include it with ME3 Limited edition.

Oh heck yes. I think THAT WOULD BE AWSOME. I have been interested in and read the codex's and like them alot. I swear BIOWARE has put alot of thought into the overall universe and I like learning about the culters and whatnot. It's like their answer to STAR TREK, STAR WARS, BABYLON FIVE and so on that people can go geek over for sure. I am still surprised I haven't seen anyone at a con dress up as a asari, volus, turian, or as a alliance/cerberus member yet.
