Let me just state some facts.
1) Dragon Age allows you to import custom avatars of your characters to the site.
2) These character pictures are saved as files on the hard drive of a PC.
3) It is possible to rename and move pictures. Your computer won't know the difference.

Find the character you wish to use, in it's folder you will see a picture that looks like your forum avatar. Now select a new picture, rename it to the same as your character's picture and move it to the same folder.

You cant use just any image. it has to be 146x146 and under a 30kb in size I think.
Some image editing is involved.
