Dont know if someones already posted this but whatever.So anyone out there NOT going to buy the new dlc.I heard alot of people boycotting dlc but im gonna buy it anyway.But i refuse to buy those mw2 maps lol

Infinity Ward is charging $15 DLC for 3 new maps and 2 old maps for Modern Warfare 2.

I tend to avoid pointless DLC for a lot of games, but I like to support Bioware as much as possible. I'll buy anything they put out.

1 1/2 hours estimated gameplay. I don't know, I don't see myself as a sheep. I just see it as high quality DLC that is made for people who like the game. And $7 seems pretty fair to me.

Because Kasumi is not useable outside of that hour of gameplay right?? Or her powers or the new weapon.  Or the character specific dialouge that its likely to have through the whole game.

I will. Seems interesting. Besides, boycotting doesn't seem to work for the gaming world. I mean, whatever happened to the boycott of Modern Warfare 2? That really worked out.



When someone says they're gonna boycott a game or DLC, what they really mean is "I'm gonna put up an appearance. But I'll buy it later when the hype is gone, or in secret."

Character specific dialogue? So she can spam you about random items like Zaeed? Come on people. 1.5 hours is generous at BEST as far as game time is concerned. And if you think $7 for 1 hour of DLC is a good bargain, I have some beach front property in Montana to sell you. Demand something worthwhile for your money.

Not on ship dialogue. Did you ever take Zaeed to the Garrus recruit mission?? He has a scene that ONLY plays if he's a squad member at the time. There are several others for him and dozens in the whole game. I have no doubt that Kasumi will have the same features.

you pay around that much for renting a movie of a similar length and almost twice that if you see it in theater, don't see the problem with it

Well, it's $7 for the 12th character that they were not able to finish in time.

Haven't downloaded any ME2 dlc since the eviscerator shotty and cerberus armor so prolly not...Game doesn't have much replay value to me so haven't kept up with the dlcs...

All you've missed is the costume pack, Hammerhead which is more of a demo than anything (I personally like the vehicle, others do not, you are not missing anything by not playing it though).  This is the second paid DLC so yeah.
