Why do those armors exist? I mean, if im a rogue ill use light armor and if im a warrior im going to use massive.
So they just exist to like, when your lowbie, you use them?
What are medium, heavy armors for?

The more armor you have the more threat you generate on enemies, so sometimes its a good idea to give your dps warriors heavy armor instead of massive so they won't out-threat the tank. That and heavy armor has a lower fatigue penalty, which, depending on your build, might be more useful than some extra armor.

Hmm, and what is medium armor for then?

Taste?
I actually use medium armor the way Darkemorrow uses heavy armor. So from my perspective, I don't quite get the point of heavy armor.

Oh, and also archers can use heavy armors, if they get the master archer skill

Cunning is used for Melee rogues to mainly increase thier melee DPS and backstab crits and such, DEX is really only required to use the weapons while Cunning makes up a majority of a melee rogues damage I'm pretty sure.
In terms of "Influence" , if you get all 4 levels of the Coercion trait you dont need any cunning at all, but each Coercion level gives you a 25% boost to persuasion, so if your going straight cunning i think you only need 1 level of Coercion
I hope any of that made sense im very tired

Massive armor has a lot more fatigue than heavy armor, so you'll run out of stamina a lot faster. Massive armor is best for tanks that need to take a lot of damage and attract more enemies. Heavy and medium armor is better if you want to do more special attacks before your stamina goes out, like a two-handed warrior.
The best heavy armor is sold by Wade in Denerim. buy Evon the Great's Mail armor first, then get him to make two sets of armor for you. the second one being the Superior Dragonscale Heavy Armor.
you can replace the chest piece in the Dragonscale set for Evon's armor and still get a set bonus. in the end these would be your bonuses:
+1 Combat Health Regeneration
+6 Armor
+10% Chance to Dodge Attacks
+2 Combat Stamina Regeneration
+10 Defense against Missiles
+20% Fire Resistance
Set: -20% Fatigue
Set: +5 Defense
one of my favorite medium armors in the Ancient Elven armor. it looks cool and I give it to Zevran because it only requires 22 strength. and he's a elf too.

evons the great mail is expensive though
and is it just me or two handed weapons is NOT the way to go?
I mean, with two handed swords you deal a lot of damage, but by the time you finish hitting, the regular sword already gave 2 hits. And with one handed sword you get to use shields.

I could change your question to "Why does massive armor exist?".
My PCs only wear leather (Shadow Wardens Armor) or heavy armor (the combination of Evon the Great's Mail and Wade's heavy gloves and boots). Sometimes they wear the Wardens Commander armor, just for the look of it.

Anyone have a pic of the Evon the Great's Mail, I couldn't find it anywhere

You also have to think about the strength requirements for the various armor levels - you won't have the strength to use Massive or Heavy right away, and Light isn't very good for Tanks/front line DPS.

I put my rogues in heavy armor and my mages in light armor (now that there are rune slots in armor but not robes). I use medium armors when I can't find good heavy armors, but otherwise I don't use medium armors.

It looks exactly like Dragonbone Heavy Chainmail. The same as Ser Cauthrien wears.

Not if you mod the model and the tints to give it a more unique look:
