- Reuse the "army compass" from DA:O for the final battle.
- Not reunite the quarians with their home world at the end of the game. Seriously, the geth don't want it (as they prefer to live in space) and Mordin and his scientist pals could easily give the back their natural immune systems. Why hasn't this happened already?
- Kill off Shepard/not allow continued gameplay after beating the boss. The best thing about ME2 was that you could play after beating the MQ.
Oh god, that prophecy thing would suck so hard. Second all of that.
