When I'm trying to make a character no matter where I change the eye color slider to the eye color remains a very dark brown. Also, it seems that -every- NPC in the game has that same eye color. Is this a known issue that others are having? I'm patched to 1.01 as well.

Am I seriously the only one that has run into this? It's really weird if so. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.

The eye colours do change i think,its just that the lighting in the char creater is so dark you cant tell,i also dont the the colours are vivid enough they need to be brighter imho.

I've seen this problem in the character creator also, but I'm running it on my notebook with all details and settings at it's lowest. I'll have to check on my desktop computer where all settings are maxed out. Either way, IMHO there are some more pressing problems with the game (such as patch 1.01 breaking it when you don't update the MSVC libraries), so I can't really say I think this is a priority. Sorry.

Nobody asked you if you think its a priority lol,i think thats for the devs to decide m8.

its what happens when graphic seeting are at Low. Put it to Medium and you'll see the eye colours.

Eyes are all dark for low settings.

I too play on notebook, and I would very much like to see the eyes color for low settings.

The minimum Radeon video card series is the top end X000s, and they only offer the first notch of Dx9's SM3 pixel shaders.  Only small textures are available in Dx9.0"b" pixel shaders.

Hmmm?  The OP hasn't been back in the forums since asking his question, so either he went ahead and played without any eye color, or upgraded his video card.  Surely, however,  there were newer message threads than this one to dig back up out of the grave?
