I'm probably just ignorant of how to fix this, but I was going along playing in Redcliffe. When I started up again today, alistair was suddenly naked. I tried reloading to another game, but he is naked in the reload as well. I exited the game and started again, with the same result. Does anyone have a fix for this?

Can you be less vague? Is he totally naked (is in no armor in character screen) or does his armor simply not show but it's still there in the character screen? Is the armor he used not simply in your backpack? we need more info.

Was he wearing armor from a DLC that was suddenly showing as unauthorized?

If he was wearing DLC armor the issue is likely the Disappearing DLC bug. See Section 1 of the DLC In-Game Errors FAQ for more info.
