OK...I'm a bit frustrated.  I think I've got a bugged quest "The Attack at Nightfall".  I've killed all the undead waves but the quest just doesn't end.  (Spoiler, it's in the town of Redcliffe Village prior to gaining access to Redcliffe Castle). 

My issue is I can't seem to access the official help area, even though my EA logon works just fine....I try to enter my credentials, and it states that I've never signed up.....which is just plain incorrect.  So I try to get an e-mail from the site making it think I can't remember my identification name.  I put my e-mail address in (which it DOES recognize)  but lo and behold....no e-mail comes to my account.

So now I'm stuck, about 10% through the game, and I have no option to even leave the area as I'm in an "event".  Please someone tell me of a more official way to report this bug and any possible fixes/help.
