 How do i link my bioware profile and xbox live Gamertag. As i have redeemed a dr pepper code and on my profile it says i am not linked with a gamertag.

How to change XBOX LIVE email adress :

1) GO TO microsoft official Xbox 360 web site
http://www.xbox.com/...e=en-US&lc=1033

2) SIGN IN with your actual email adress

3) GO TO "MY ACCOUNT"

4) CLICK ON "Edit Contact Information"

5) CHANGE for your NEW (the same as your BioWare profil) email adress

i have the same email address but on my promo page it says i have no gamertag (this on bioware)

Also a good way to know what is link to what is this :
Link your EA account / BioWare account to your XBOX LIVE account :

1) GO TO EA official web site
http://www.ea.com/

2) LOGIN with your EA account (Should be the same adress of your XBOX live account or BioWare account)
If you don't find the login : www.ea.com/accountsettings/en_US/login

3) CHANGE your email adress to see what is link to. As for myself, my email adress is link to my Xbox Live gamertag as you can see.

Your problem look like the one I got, I was not able to get the promo items before due to my EA account was not link to my Xbox Live account / BioWare account. When I fix it, I was able to get promo.

The Shadow Agent wrote...

Yes, every cerberus dlc are in this list. If you don't see Zaeed and the other that mean you have
not enter the good email adress for your BioWare account.

If you see them in the list, that mean its your EA account or Xbox Live account
who have problem.

I agree, I got many problems trying to fixing my account link... heyhey.



To this point this is how I fix it :



- Try to log with any known email adress of your on BioWare or EA web site and find the one with the promo on it /or the one link to your Xbox Live Gamertag

only one of my email is able to go on ea and it is the email which on this website has the promo. However neither this site or ea show that they are linked with my xbox live gamertag.

Its possible when you play with your Xbox to any EA games they automaticly create one for you. If this is the case then type your first email (before change it) and try to log-in.



Only possiblity is to do not have the same email adress. Look carefully each of them.

Anyway your promo code are generic and always available. Just have to enter another email adress and you can use it again and again like I did. Thankfully because at first I didn't register them on the good XBL account and fear i can't use them again. Before finding the info on a web site.

Your account should be link if you have the same email adress.

Only possiblity i see now is :



1) You don't use a Gold or Silver Xbox 360 account.



2) You didn't redeem the Cerberus code.



3) You redeem the Cerberus code but by doing that you link it to your email adress (x) but now you cange it for a new one. So if you used your old one on BioWare/EA and Xbox 360 you can resolve this issue.

Because you can't redeem 2 times the same Cerberus code. Cerberus code automaticly register with the email adress you used when you did it.

This can be your problem. You have 2 BioWare accounts but you are using the wrong one (not the same email adress as your Xbox 360 account).

Your good email adress is the one you see all your DLC. If you see them, just copy this email adress to your Xbox Live account and EA games account.
