Yep, Its should work. I had ImperiumAlpha (who didn't receive anything dlc/promo) and when I try this one well... that work. Just be sure to use the same as your Xbox 360 profiles and EA account. If its bob@hotmail.com then stick with bob@hotmail.com everywhere. Also, try to use the same email adress you used when you log with cerberus.

It says im my gamertag (My EA name is same at my gt)
But then i look to see if i have a gamertag on my profile it says no gamertag and im all like wtf!

Given the thread is over a year old and some of the users don't seem to be active I don't think you'll get much in the way of a response. (Also ignoring the thing about DA2 because this is a more general problem rather than game specific.)
Seeing there was already a solution of sorts on the previous page I will ask whether you have tried that yet. See if that works first if you haven't. Then come back and we'll see if I or someone else can help.

From what little info I see it seems you've redeemed the code on Gamertag 1.
It might also help if you linked or added your Gamertag to your EA account, which I don't see you mentioning.

My code is a recent one for DAII,
So yeh i have MILLIONS OF PROBLEMS! WITH THIS SITE!

(1) What does 'my thing' refer to precisely?
(2) You mention changing email address, but which account is that associated with?
You will have to clarify those points (for me anyway maybe others know), before I can help you troubleshoot the issue and perhaps provide a solution or point you towards an established one.

My thing= Gamertag
Email adress is googlemail but ive sorta solved that problem=P
